Arlington, VA, May 3, 2011 - Stuart A. Webster was elected as Vice President, Training and Education at the April 29 Board meeting of Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP).  He will be responsible for the design and development of all training courses and education programs globally.

Prior to his position at WRAP, Webster was Global Training Director for a global testing company, and a quality manager for a global footwear brand.  He has completed training programs in over 30 countries.
